Fixtures online

The club calendar has now been bought up to date, thanks to Chris for compiling the fixtures so far this season.

There have already been some matches played by all our teams, and we wish them every success for the season. It is going to be challenging for some of our teams who were promoted last season, so lets hope plenty of practice at club night will see us staying up for the remainder of the season.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the fixtures are up to date, please liaise with your Captain who should be aware of any last minute amends!

U18 Junior Champions

This season has been very positive across the whole Club with several adult teams being promoted after a strong season. And to add to the Club's ongoing success our junior team consisting of Kieran, Imogen, Bradley and Vikkie were High Wycombe and District Badminton Association U18 Champions.

U18 Junior ChampionsThey were awarded their medals and shield at Club's practise night, where all the members were able to sharing in their tremendous success. Well done to the team.

Our junior club is developing in strength and experience all the time, and provides a great foundation for the rest of the club.

Time Changes

Reminder once more that we are currently playing our club nights over the road at Beaconsfield Secondary School at the later time of 8.30.  We still have courts for two hours, but please be aware that you won't be able to go on court before that time as Junior Club is playing then.

We will continue this throughout June with our last evening at this venue being 5th July.  After that we will return to the High School.

Reduced Court Availability

This Thursday 3 December there will be a match going on during club night. Wycombe Mixed are playing against Reading and Country and will be using a couple of courts.

There will still be 2 courts available for club use, but it may be necessary to only play shorter games if there are a lot of people down for the session to ensure that isn't too much hanging around.

Good luck to our team!

Good luck to Chalfont Mixed in Cup Final

Tonight sees the final of the Chalfont & District Badminton Association Cup 2015 between our very own Beaconsfield Mixed team consisting of Serena and Lak, Ros and Chris O, and Kieran and Helen.  They are up against Raqueteers, a strong opposition but hopefully with a favourable handicap might give our team the edge.

Good luck guys, everyone is supporting you!

We look forward to hearing the results - fantastic result whether you are winners or runners up.
